About Us

As a Colorado native, Chef Mary grew up as the oldest of 6 kids in Littleton, Colorado. Her mom is a great home cook that gave Mary the basics in classic American food.

Mary has a BS Degree in Textiles and Design, and is also a graduate of the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Colorado. She is a ServSafe Certified Culinarian through the American Culinary Federation, a member of the International Wine & Spirits Guild, and a member of both the local and national chapters of the US Personal Chef Association.

Chef Mary's specialty is hors d'oeuvres, tapas, small bites, but she can also prepare a special dinner party for 8, or a buffet or family style meal for a larger group! Mary doesn't post a master list of menu choices on her website (there are thousands in her collection!), but rather, works with each client individually to find out what the event is all about, who will be there, what the food preferences are, etc. A customized menu is then created for you, taking your vision and ideas into consideration.

With the background in design and international cuisines, clients can expect a very special dining experience! Chef Mary's goal is to make your event look both effortless and spectacular at the same time. The way her food is presented is as important as the flavors, so count on a strong 'wow' factor.
