In Case Of Damaged Merchandise

As you well know, sometimes-unfortunate things like this happen. Our prefered shipper is the United States Postal Service, exactly for this reason. They are very willing to work with us for a speedy resolution and are willing to do it with the least amount of work on our end.

This is what we would like you to do:

Please, return the damaged item(s) and all the packaging materials that the item(s) were shipped in. Please be sure and notify us by email which item(s) were damaged so that we can replace them.

This is what we will do:

We will immediately file a claim with USPS and reship your damaged item(s). There is no delay in getting your replacement item(s) out to you a fast as possible. That's it!

We truly hope that this isn't too much of an inconvenience for you and that you will accept our sincere apology. We pack every item better than the required specifications that USPS suggests and try to do everything in our control to see that your item arrives safely. There is nothing more discouraging than opening up your new package to find the item broken or damaged. We understand this and will do everything under our control to see that your items arrive safely.

Sales Tax

By law sales tax must be collected for all purchases in the state of Colorado.

Special Note

Many items, especially closeout items, are limited, and sell quickly. These items will not be restocked, so if you see an item you like that is in stock, consider purchasing it now because you may not find that same selection available at a later date.

Please contact the website administrator.

The following information is meant for the website developer for debugging purposes.
Error Occurred While Processing Request

Could not find the included template Footer.cfm.

Note: If you wish to use an absolute template path (for example, template="/mypath/index.cfm") with CFINCLUDE, you must create a mapping for the path using the ColdFusion Administrator. Or, you can use per-application settings to specify mappings specific to this application by specifying a mappings struct to THIS.mappings in Application.cfc.
Using relative paths (for example, template="index.cfm" or template="../index.cfm") does not require the creation of any special mappings. It is therefore recommended that you use relative paths with CFINCLUDE whenever possible.

Resources:
  • Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail about the source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging & Logging > Debug Output Settings, and select the Robust Exception Information option.
  • Check the ColdFusion documentation to verify that you are using the correct syntax.
  • Search the Knowledge Base to find a solution to your problem.
