Comments: My second open water swim at Carter lake. The water temperature hovered around 70 degrees Fahrenheit. I tried the SportLegs Supplement and the GU Roctane Ultra Endurance Energy Gel. I did not get any cramps this swim but my knee joints hurt very much after mile 6.
