I have compiled my training sessions into charts that will show you my progression and milestones. All statistics are for breaststroke. I have chosen to swim breaststroke across the channel because that is my strongest stroke and the crossing record is obtainable.

August 7, 2021 - 12 mile open water swim, Horsetooth Lake Colorado

October 16, 2021 - 6 hour open water qualifying swim, Horsetooth Lake Colorado
June 18-June 30, 2022 - 21-24 mile (34k-38k) open water swim depending on the tide, because it waits for no man, English Channel
