Training

I have compiled my training sessions into charts that will show you my progression and milestones. All statistics are for breaststroke. I have chosen to swim breaststroke across the channel because that is my strongest stroke and the crossing record is obtainable.

Milestones - Open water swims 10k or more

The charts are a breakdown of how many minutes it takes to swim a specific distance.

The charts linked below are listed by total distance and grouped by training session. If I swam 4 miles in the session then it will be listed in the Minutes to swim 4 miles (6,400 meters) chart.
